PMF2002 12-Channel GFET

PMF2002 12-Channel GFET

The PMF2002 is Paragraf’s latest 12-channel multiplexing graphene electrolyte‑gated field‑effect transistor (GFET) platform optimised for rapid biosensing.

  •  Stable electrical behaviour: Supports repeatable and reliable sensing measurements under practical operating conditions.
  • Consistent device performance: Controlled distributions of key electrical parameters enable predictable behaviour from device to device, ideal for rapid proof-of-concept sensing.
  • Scalable platform: Silicon‑based implementation supports robust manufacturing & supply.
  • Application‑relevant performance: Demonstrated suitability for multi-analyte molecular & ion‑sensing use cases

Manufactured using Paragraf’s proprietary direct‑growth process, the PMF2002 features polymer‑free graphene channels for high consistency and reproducibility. The device includes twelve independent graphene channels arranged around an in‑plane gate electrode for a homogeneous electric field. An epoxy encapsulation layer enables reliable liquid handling and channel‑specific functionalisation, supporting multiplexed sensing and internal referencing.

Compatible with standard data acquisition systems, the PMF2002 is ideal for advanced GFET sensor development. Paragraf can also provide parallel dirac point tracking for the most advanced low-drift, high signal-to-noise ratio, with its Enterprise GFET Reader. For more details, please contact us.
